Remote Support

This page has been established for existing ABA clients requiring remote support. Remote support allows an ABA rep to temporarily control your desktop. Each session requires a manual initiation by the end user (person in front of the computer) and can be terminated by them at any point in time they wish.

Remote support will only function if you are in immediatecontact with someone from ABA and they have directed you to initiate a session.

The bottom of this page has a link to the executable file that initiates a remote support session. The steps to activate a session are as follows...

1. Select button at bottom of this page.

2. Select 'run' if promptedby your web browser and again if prompted a second time.

3. Once the remote support dialogueis open, simply double click on the support server as specified by the ABA rep in order to invoke a remote support session.

5. The remote support session should then operate.

Note for Firefox users: Firefox will download the support session application rather than allow a direct run of the file. To initiate the remote support session simply open the downloaded file.
